Neela is one of the oldest village of Chakwal.I love my village.It's location is very beautiful it's one and half side is fully cover with river of swan, one side is cover with palheran olny one side is fully opend to link with Dullah. Village Neela has also has hoistorical places like GOVT high school Neela,police station ,And also a church minar.
