Here i am to
introduce my beautiful village.
The name of my Village is
#NEELA. It is
situated 45 km away from
District chakwal.Neela village is
underdeveloped vill.In #Neela vill
we can’t get easily many facilities
like as other villages.It is
underdeveloped area but it is
nature of beauty in the village we
can see many natural things like
fields, hills, ever green forest,
sawan river and many historical
places (ghs nela' police station'
church) etc. In the village area
many people are farmer they
product many food items like
wheat etc.They also keep many
wild animals' goat, buffalos, cow,
hens, etc. to eat meat, meal and
to produce fertilizer.Some people
do govt jobs like Army and also
small business, shopkeeper and
other small size of business.
people life style is different from
urban areas people they were
simple cloths,In neela they cook
food by fire(no gas in neela).Its
people are very hardwDistrict
chakwal.Neela village is
underdeveloped vill.In #Neela vill

Railways Minister assures of reviving Mandra-Chakwal railway line

Federal Minister for Railways Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed assured Senator Lt. Gen (retd) Abdul Qayyum during a meeting in the Parliament House that issue with regard to revival of 100 years old Mandra -Chakwal Railway Line is under active consideration and he expected positive results.

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th Sep, 2018 ) :Federal Minister for Railways Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed assured Senator Lt. Gen (retd) Abdul Qayyum during a meeting in theParliament House that issue with regard to revival of 100 years old Mandra -Chakwal Railway Line is under active consideration and he expected positive results.

The Minister was responding to Senator Qayyum's latest letter sent to the Ministry on the subject in which it was highlighted that the subject Railway Line was an urgent need for a large number of population including students, patients, business people andpoor masses commuting on daily basis between Rawalpindi (Division HQ) andChakwal district, said a statement issued by Senator Abdul Qayyum here Tuesday.

Besides, Gen Qayyum brought out that precious Railway land of 12 Railway stations and 75 km long railway line was 99 percent still intact but was now being encroached rapidly.

Besides thousands of cement factories' trucks are plying on already frail roadinfrastructure.

Public pressure in this context was mounting because Shiekh Rasheed had committed to revive this line in his previous tenure when he was Minister.

HistoryEdit

Chakwal is located in the Dhanni Region of the Potohar in northernPunjab, Pakistan. During the Mutiny of 1857 Chaudharials(of sarpak) of Chakwal strengthened the hand of the British Raj by escorting the treasury from Chakwal to Rawalpindi and got the khilats and Jagirs.^[2]

In April 2009 a terrorist attack on the mosque killed more than 30 people.^[3]^[4]

GeographyEdit

Chakwal's landscape features the canyons in Thirchak-Mahal. There are man-made and natural lakes around the city in neighbouring communities.^[5]

In addition to being the district headquarters, Chakwal city is also the administrative centre of Chakwal tehsil(a subdivision of the district). The Chakwal District is divided into five Tehsils, namely, Kalarkahar, Chohsaidan Shah, Talagang, Lawa and Chakwal. The city of Chakwal itself is divided into five Union councils:^[6] and Chakwal district is divided into 68 union councils.

موتا سنگھ کے موتا سنگھ ہائی سکول سے گورمنٹ ہائی سکول نیلہ تک کا سفر

چکوال شہر سے تقریبا 50 کلومیٹر مغرب میں ، نیلہ کا تاریخی گاؤں دریائے سوان کے کنارے واقع ہے۔ چکوال ، راولپنڈی اور اٹک اضلاع کے مرکزی مقام پر واقع ، گاؤں نیلہ کو 1890 میں ایک پولیس اسٹیشن ملا۔ لیکن جس چیز نے نہ صرف نیلہ بلکہ تین اضلاع کے آس پاس کے دوسرے دیہات کی تقدیر کو بدل دیا ، وہ یہ ہے کہ 1916 میں سردار موتا سنگھ بھاسن کے ذریعہ ایس ایس موٹا سنگھ ہائی اسکول کا قیام عمل میں آیا۔ اسکول کو اب گورنمنٹ ہائی اسکول نیلہ کے نام سے جانا جاتا ہے اور وہ علاقے کے ایک سرکردہ ادارے کی حیثیت سے خدمات انجام دے رہا ہے۔ موٹا سنگھ 1885 میں نیلہ میں پیدا ہوا تھا۔ موتا سنگھ بمشکل 10 سال کا تھا جب اس کے والدین کا انتقال ہوگیا۔ - والدین کے انتقال سے نوجوان موتا سنگھ کو سخت نقصان پہنچا جو خود بھی اسکول کی تعلیم حاصل نہیں کرسکے تھے۔ تاہم ، باصلاحیت نوجوان موتا سنگھ نے بڑے ہوتے ہی تجارت میں دلچسپی پیدا کرلی۔ اس کا پہلا کاروباری منصوبہ 1909 میں کشمیر میں تھا ، اس وقت کی سلطنت جہاں سکھوں کا راج تھا۔ لیکن جلد ہی اس نے اپنا کاروبار ایران میں منتقل کردیا کیوں کہ اس وقت چکوال کی سکھ برادری کا ایک اور بزنس مین سردار چیت سنگھ بھی ایران میں کاروبار کر رہا تھا۔ موتا سنگھ نے تیل اور خشک میوہ جات کی تجارت شروع کی ، اس نے ایران کے زاہدان میں اپنا مرکزی دفتر قائم کیا جو پاکستان اور افغانستان سے متصل ہے۔ وہ تیل اور خشک میوہ جات کی درآمد کرنے لگے ، ”موتا سنگھ مرحوم کے چھوٹے بیٹے گورچرن سنگھ بھسن نے نئی دہلی سے کہتے ہیں انہوں نے ایران کے مختلف شہروں اور کراچی ، لاہور ، گوجر خان اور امرتسر میں بھی اپنے کاروبار کی شاخیں قائم کیں۔ 1915 میں جب وہ اپنی کاروباری سرگرمیوں سے وقفہ لینے کے بعد اپنے گاؤں نیلہ واپس آئے تو انہوں نے تمام دیہاتیوں کو جمع کیا اور ان سے کہا: "اسکول کی تعلیم میرے حصے میں نہیں تھی لیکن میں نہیں چاہتا کہ میرے گاؤں کے ساتھیوں کو میری طرح کی تکلیف کا سامنا کرنا پڑے۔ آئیے ہم یہاں ایک فرسٹ کلاس تعلیمی ادارہ شروع کریں جو نہ صرف نیلہ کے لئے بلکہ دھنی سوان کے پورے علاقے (تحصیل چکوال اور دریائے سوان کا علاقہ) کے لئے بھی ایک راہ نما کا کام کرے گی۔ گاؤں کے عمائدین ، جن میں مسلمان اور ہندو شامل تھے ، موتا سنگھ کو مکمل تعاون کی یقین دہانی کروائی اور یوں ایس ایس موتا سنگھ اسکول کی بنیاد سن 1916 میں رکھی گئی۔ آٹھ کلاس رومز ، ایک ہال ، ہیڈ ماسٹر کا دفتر اور چھت پر ایک کمرا تعمیر کیا گیا تھا جبکہ اسکول میں ایک وسیع و عریض لان تھا۔ اس کے پاس ہاسٹل بھی ہوتا تھا لیکن اس کی باقیات باقی ہیں۔ اس کی محلاتی عمارت نے اسے شاہی حویلی کی طرح دکھادیا۔ اسکول کے تمام بجٹ اخراجات موتا سنگھ نے پوری کیے۔ انہوں نے مستحق طلبہ کو مفت کتابیں اور اسٹیشنری بھی مہیا کیا۔ تعلیم کے میدان میں ان کی غیر معمولی خدمات کی وجہ سے ، برطانوی حکومت نے سردار موتا سنگھ کو سردار صاحب کا لقب عطا کیا۔ سانحہ 31 مئی 1935 کو جب کوئٹہ ایک طاقتور زلزلے نے لرز اٹھا۔ موٹا سنگھ کے آٹھ قریبی افراد اس وقت کوئٹہ میں تھے اور ان میں سے صرف ایک زندہ بچ گیا تھا۔ پھر تقسیم کا صدمہ آیا۔ 1947 میں ، موتا سنگھ ایران میں تھے جب انہیں معلوم ہوا کہ وہ اپنے آبائی شہر نیلہ اور اپنے پیارے اسکول نہیں جاسکیں گے۔ تقسیم کے بعد ہندوستان ہجرت کرنے پر مجبور ہونے کے بعد ، موتا سنگھ نئی دہلی منتقل ہوگئے جہاں وہ ایک اور اسکول تعمیر کرنا چاہتے تھے لیکن وہ اپنی زندگی میں ایسا نہیں کر سکے۔ 11 مئی 1967 کو ان کا انتقال ہوگیا۔ تاہم ، ان کی وفات کے بعد ، ان کے بیٹوں نے نئی دہلی کے نارنگ کالونی میں 1976 میں ایس ایس موٹا سنگھ ماڈل اسکول قائم کیا۔ گورچرن سنگھ نے کہا ، "اب ہمارے پیارے والد کے نام پر دہلی میں تین اسکول ہیں جبکہ ایس ایس موٹا سنگھ میموریل ہاکی ٹورنامنٹ ایک سالانہ سرگرمی ہے جس کا دہلی کے تمام اسکولوں کو انتظار ہوتا ہے۔موتا سنگھ کے ذریعہ قائم کیا گیا اسکول اب مختلف پریشانیوں سے دوچار ہے۔ اسکول کے ہیڈ ماسٹر خالد سلیم نے کہا ، "ہمارے پاس سائنس لیب نہیں ہے اور ہم نے کلاس روم کو سائنس لیب میں تبدیل کردیا ہے۔" انہوں نے بتایا کہ اس وقت اسکول میں 450 طلباء ہیں ، جن میں راولپنڈی اور اٹک گاؤں کے طلبا شامل ہیں۔ ایک صدی گزرنے کے باوجود موجودہ عمارت میں ایک بھی کلاس روم کو شامل نہیں کیا گیا۔ 1985 میں صرف عمارت کی چھتوں کو تبدیل کیا گیا

ایک صدی پرانے اس عظیم اسکول کو ابھی تک کالج کا درجہ نہیں مل سکا
